Wet blast & high-pressure cleaning device "Hydrojet System"

Airless and energy-saving type that does not use compressor air! Can be used as a high-pressure washer and is suitable for a wide range of applications [Patent obtained].

The Fujikikai Hydrojet System (patented) serves dual purposes as a wet blast processing and high-pressure cleaning (2.8Mpa) machine, with foot switch switching. It is a device (blast device) that mixes abrasive materials with water (liquid) and sprays them at high speed from a nozzle. The sprayed abrasive particles collide with the workpiece, physically grinding the surface or removing contaminants and dirt. It allows for easy operation and the processing pressure can be freely adjusted. 【Features】 ■ The hydro pump has a long lifespan due to a circuit that does not directly suck in abrasive materials. ■ Any type of abrasive can be used (abrasives for air blasting). ■ Sludge recovery function is standard equipment (bag filter recovery). ■ Further reduces base material damage compared to air-operated wet blasting. ■ Energy-saving effect of about 1/5 (power conversion ratio with compressor). *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.
